By placing a refundable deposit, you reserve early access to a future Lume Health device. Lume Health is in active research and development; product design, features, and delivery timing are subject to change.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. If timelines shift, you’ll receive an email update, and you may cancel anytime before your order is scheduled to ship for a full refund. Your deposit will automatically convert into a credit applied at activation or final checkout.

Illustrations and Prototypes

Renderings, photos, and prototype images are for illustrative purposes only. The final production device may differ in appearance, specifications, or features, depending on ongoing R&D and applicable regulatory approvals.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed promptly, but your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post funds. If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact admin@lumehealth.io our team will assist.
